Location Parameter Estimation of Moving Aerial Target in Space–Air–Ground-Integrated Networks-Based IoV

Estimating the location parameters of moving target is an important part intelligent surveillance for Internet Vehicles (IoV). Satellite has potential to play a key role in many applications space–air–ground-integrated networks (SAGINs). In this article, novel passive parameter estimator using multiple satellites aerial proposed. estimator, direct wave signals reference channels are first filtered by band-pass filter, followed sequence cancelation algorithm suppress direct-path interference and multipath interference. Then, fourth-order cyclic cumulant cross ambiguity function (FOCCCAF) four-weighted fractional Fourier transform FOCCCAF (FWFRFT-FOCCCAF) derived. Using them, time difference arrival (TDOA) frequency (FDOA) estimated distance between receiver velocity satellites. Finally, Cramer–Rao lower bounds proposed estimators derived benchmark estimator. The simulation results show that method can effectively precisely estimate target.
